3. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, with the possibility of expanding to other GCC countries in the future.
4. Prepaid Orders
Free shipping is available for prepaid orders that meet the minimum free shipping requirement.
Orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria will be subject to a fixed shipping fee.
All prepaid orders within the United Arab Emirates are delivered within 2–3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

8. Relation to the Return Policy
In the event of a return, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the order was originally eligible for free shipping.
